Leading a nonprofit means balancing big ideas with limited time, staff, and resources. It’s easy to become reactive – chasing funding, putting out fires, and trying to do more with less.
Golden Leaf Consulting helps small and mid-sized organizations lead with intention by strengthening strategy, operations, and institutional funding, building the capacity needed to create lasting impact.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve partnered with mission-driven organizations around the world to strengthen organizational capacity and support solutions to some of our world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. My background in design, whole systems thinking, and organizational development has taught me that lasting change rarely comes from fixing a single challenge. Instead, I help organizations understand how strategy, operations, programs, and funding work together to create stronger, more resilient organizations.
I believe small- and mid-sized organizations are uniquely positioned to create lasting change because of their deep connection to the communities and environments they serve, and I’m passionate about helping them build the capacity to achieve it.
