Her experience spans the full proposal lifecycle from scoping and partnership design to serving as the lead technical writer for multi-million-dollar awards. She has a proven track record of securing over $200M in federal and foundation grants. Jessie excels in distilling complex technical concepts into clear, fundable narratives that resonate with grant evaluators while ensuring the proposal remains deeply rooted in the organization’s core mission and priorities. She ensures that every pursuit is strategically positioned for success by aligning grant requirements with the organization’s internal operational capacity, protecting the mission-critical work at the heart of the proposal. Agencies. Meredith leverages core technical expertise in disaster risk management and early warning, combined with industry experience across a range of sectors including national security, international development, social services, and healthcare. Meredith applies people-centered leadership and effective process management skills to promote collaboration and partnerships, complemented by cross-cultural skills, active listening, people-centered consultation, and strong analytical and strategic approaches to program design and Intellectual capital development in highly technical fields. She has worked in over 20 countries and has a proven track record managing geographically dispersed teams, projects and processes remotely. Meredith holds a Masters In Social Work from the University of Denver, as well as a Master of Arts in International Development from American University.
