With work spanning more than 40 countries and sectors from agriculture and women's leadership to circular economies, human rights, critical minerals, and energy transition, she blends design thinking, sustainability principles, and deep federal grants expertise to translate complex programs into  competitive and compliant grant proposals.  An expert in the Uniform Guidance, she translates federal requirements  into streamlined systems, tools, and workflows that organizations can adopt quickly. She also designs subrecipient grant programs that integrate strategy, compliance, and impact to strengthen both competitiveness and long-term performance.  She has managed over $350M in federal grants, guided organizations through transformational capacity strengthening, and built systems that align teams, elevate compliance, and convert strong ideas into measurable results.  She is an equity-centered practitioner committed to inclusive engagement and advancing community-informed solutions. 

 Jennifer is a strategic advisor with 30 years  of experience in organizational strengthening, new business development, project management, facilitation and community engagement. Jennifer has contributed to complex proposals and managed multi-million-dollar programs in a range of sectors including conflict resolution, climate resilience, land tenure, conservation, and responsible resource use.  Her career is defined by a unique ability to bridge donor expectations with community realities, translating intricate requirements into the knowledge-sharing systems and collaborative workspaces that allow teams to implement impactful programs with clarity. A steady, collaborative leader, Jennifer excels at building multi-stakeholder partnerships and coordinating complex workstreams to ensure internal operations are both efficient and mission-aligned. She is a dedicated facilitator of strategy and learning sessions with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. 

Jessie is an accomplished business development leader with 15 years' experience developing and winning high-value proposals for various US Government agencies, as well as foundations and corporate donors.  Her experience spans the full proposal lifecycle from scoping and partnership design to serving as the lead technical writer for multi-million-dollar awards. She has a proven track record of securing over $200M in federal and foundation grants. Jessie excels in distilling complex technical concepts into clear, fundable narratives that resonate with grant evaluators while ensuring the proposal remains deeply rooted in the organization’s core mission and priorities. She ensures that every pursuit is strategically positioned for success by aligning grant requirements with the organization’s internal operational capacity, protecting the mission-critical work at the heart of the proposal. A dedicated educator in the field, Jessie has trained small and large nonprofits on fundraising strategy and proposal development and mentored junior staff on business development processes and roles. Jessie received a Master in Development Practice from the University of Denver and has experience working in the US, sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe.  

Meredith is a business development expert with over two decades of experience leading strategy, proposal development, project design and implementation, technical analysis, and strategic planning. A seasoned proposal manager, technical writer and capture strategist, she has led or substantively contributed to nearly $800M in federal grants and contracts including complex, multi-sectoral programs funded by the U.S. Government, as well as multi-lateral donors like the World Bank and various U.N. Agencies. Meredith leverages core technical expertise in disaster risk management and early warning, combined with industry experience across a range of sectors including national security, international development, social services, and healthcare. Meredith applies people-centered leadership and effective process management skills to promote collaboration and partnerships, complemented by cross-cultural skills, active listening, people-centered consultation, and strong analytical and strategic approaches to program design and Intellectual capital development in highly technical fields. She has worked in over 20 countries and has a proven track record managing geographically dispersed teams, projects and processes remotely. Meredith holds a Masters In Social Work from the University of Denver, as well as a Master of Arts in International Development from American University.
